It’s just a given that guys don’t really enjoy having their pictures taken. Whether it’s part of the bridal party or on their lonesome, most just prefer to be doing other things
Zane and his mom Jen met me in Smithville Park in Burlington County to do his senior portraits and I could tell he’d rather be jumping off a building…literally (You’ll understand later promise!), but he was such a good sport. We started out near the water on a dock and then a floating bridge, which was really odd to walk on! Then we moved into the woods and got some awesome shots using a metal bridge and then Zane scaled up a tree! It ended up being a really neat angle to shoot through the leaves. Afterwards we continued on and came across what looked like it used to be an old mill. Zane is an avid jumper so of course our session wouldn’t be complete without him scaling a wall and flipping off of it. I loved putting the images together into a collage that showed him from start to finish flipping. It was really neat, I just wish there had been more places he could have done it on so we could have shot more of it!
